Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities:

Support and work closely with the sales team in selling enterprise software, maintenance services, implementation and consultancy services

 

· Cultivate and develop new business opportunities.

· Increase business growth with existing clients.

· Articulate solutions to prospective customers and uphold strong technical knowledge and understanding of products.

· Conduct high level presentations on proposed solutions.

· Provide support for proof of concept.

· Complement sales team’s efforts to grow the sales pipelines.

· Supporting the sales team in exhibitions, seminars and other marketing activities.

· Preparing written presentations, reports and price quotations.

 

Requirements:

· Degree/ Diploma or higher in Business, Commerce or IT

· At least 2-5 years of experience in IT solutions sales. Knowledge in Enterprise Software Sales, IT Security & Software Management experience will be a plus

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex requirements while providing an effective solution to positively impact customers’ return on investment.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Independent, resourceful, results-oriented and strong desire for success

· Comfortable and confident in dealing with customers

· Conversant in English and Mandarin or a 3rd Asian language would be advantageous
