Once installed you can immediately begin to protect emails by clicking on the plug-in Set access and rights or Protection options (dependent on which version of Outlook you are running). A protection dialog will prompt you to decide who can access the email and what they can do with the email body once they have accessed it, for example no copying, only open x times, etc. Recipients of a secure2email, protected email can receive the protected email on any email client, including online accounts. The recipient can then access the email as long as they have our free viewer or the full version installed, and they are allowed access.
