Pre Sales Engineer / Security Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and confidently deliver presentations of the company's offering to clients, deliver product demonstrations to convince both clients and distribution/implementation partners
- Link company's Sales and Product Management teams to create relevant and comprehensive product solutions
- Support the sales process, from the preparation of offers to conclusion of contracts – from a professional, technical and functional point of view, including implementation of proof-of-concepts
- Organize and conduct customer presentations and product training during the pre-sales phase
- Respond to the tenders and produce detailed cost proposals for prospects
- Create SOW, RFP, RFQ, and RFI
- Deliver training on the company's offering and support distribution and implementation partners
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Interface with implementation teams, articulating customer requirements, to ensure a smooth transition from sale to delivery, support initial hand-holding and build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Ensure close cooperation with Product Management by integrating customer feedback into a product roadmap
- Work to support new projects and business activities
| REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Computer Technology related discipline/ in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
- Good experience in the field of Cyber Security
- Excellent presentation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Pre-Sales activities for software products
- Solid understanding of technology-based investment platforms
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in the area of pre-sales activities
- Experience in preparing business solution proposals
- Excellent ability to present at senior management level
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, other language skills are a plus

Sales Account Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing key accounts in Singapore. The key measure of success is the achievement of revenue targets.
- Looking for new customers, building an effective pipeline and identify opportunities that are profitable
- Prioritizing VIP accounts and establishing strong contact with existing customers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Minimum a Diploma holder in IT
- Possesses,

- an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of business and industry needs as well as the technical demands

- excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate with staff who are not technically trained

RESPONSIBILITIES:
